Outline Workshopping

There are Pantsers and there are Plotters, and for the latter, knowing that you’re entering your writing phase with a sound plan can make all the difference in your writing experience. My outline workshopping will provide you with comprehensive feedback on your outline which will help you smooth out your story’s problem areas before you type a single word. These workshops are designed to be a collaborative effort in which we will identify your outline’s strengths and work together to come up with solutions that meet your vision. Workshop sessions will address character and plot development, settings and sensory details, opportunities for emotional high points, theme cohesiveness, and much more.

Pricing:

• $60 per hour

Includes:

• Free 30-minute consultation to determine your needs
• The first 3500 words + 1¢ per word reading fee thereafter.
• Any handwritten notes I make on your manuscript or outline

All submissions must be in standard manuscript format: 12-point font, Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1-inch margins.
